If vintage cars and trucks are your thing, Saturday, Sept. 12 offers another reason to head downtown for Old Settlers.
The Johnson County Old Settlers Auto Show will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mill Creek Learning Center, 300 E. Loula St. in Olathe.
More than 100 vintage cars and trucks are expected to be on display, giving visitors a chance to get an up-close look at everything from carefully restored classics to longtime favorites that have been preserved for years.
For anyone heading downtown for the Old Settlers Parade, the timing works out well — the auto show opens at 9 a.m., an hour before the parade begins.
Whether you’re into chrome, muscle cars, old pickups or just enjoy seeing a little automotive history, this is one of the easiest Old Settlers stops to add to your Saturday.
